- Advising on issuance of Eurobonds at a total value of 30 million US dollars for one of the largest Bank of Azerbaijan (unlisted Private placement of bonds);
- Acting as a counsel to the lender (one of big financial entities in Europe) in the borrower`s (local bank in Azerbaijan) jurisdiction in connection with the Loan Agreements (15mln; 20mln; 5mln; and 5mln);
- Execution of several financial legal transactions (Master Murabaha Agreement) of the largest bank of Azerbaijan with Islamic Banks (35mln; 120,5mln; 25mln);
- Legal expertise of the contracts/transaction docs. Issuing LO on Aircraft lease/support on aircraft mortgaging;
- State procurement and providing legal opinion on Lokomotiv lease transaction (5mln USD);
- Providing legal advice to one of the biggest banks in Germany on advertisement/marketing issues;
- Review of the contract and advising one of the Japanese company on interest rate in Azerbaijan;
- Advising Foreign Insurance Brokers on Insurance Supervision Authority in Azerbaijan and State Registration of the Broker/ Foreign Insurers with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Advising on (i) currency control in Azerbaijan; (ii) oil auction in Azerbaijan;
- Advising private equity fund on investment to one of the USA based helicopter services company;
- Advising major European bank on Foreign Exchange Business;
- Advising Foreign Insurance Brokers on Insurance Supervision Authority in Azerbaijan and State Registration of the Broker/ Foreign Insurers with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Legal analysis of possible options on share purchase in local Azerbaijani banks by foreigners and legal support to one of the biggest local banks on different matters of acquisition in Azerbaijan.
